Don has worked primarily with adults and older adult populations, presenting with a variety of behavioural and emotional needs, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. He has experience with several psychotherapy modalities, including dialectical behavioural therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (provider status), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. Mr. Webers has a client-centred therapy and trauma-informed approach that utilizes evidence based therapies to assist clients to reach their goals.

Don completed his Honors Bachelor of Arts degree at Wilfrid Laurier University and Addiction Careworker Diploma at McMaster University. In addition, he has *20 years of extensive inpatient experience working with a variety of mental health disorders.

Dr. Rappaport works with people presenting with mood and anxiety disorders (i.e., depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar etc), trauma-related disorders and borderline personality disorder, as well as supportive counselling and/or relational psychotherapy to address issues related to relationships, self-esteem, life stress, and gender identity.
Dr. Rappaport offers best practices through an integrative framework of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy - CBT, Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy - DBT, Interpersonal Process Therapy - IPT, Emotion-Focused Therapy - EFT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy - ACT.
